Returns, Order Issues & Damages
We hope that you’re so happy with your order that you decide to stay with us for ever and ever! But we also know that the world is rarely perfect.
Even though our products generally work beautifully on sensitive skins, it may be that yours reacts to one of the many active natural ingredients in the product you’ve purchased. Or maybe your product has been damaged in transit or it simply doesn’t work for you.
Whatever the case, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods. All you need to do is contact us within 30 business days of your receipt of goods.
Generally, we won’t expect you to return your order, but there may be cases, when we want to check out what’s gone wrong, where we’ll arrange for the products to be returned to us.
To receive your refund, exchange or replacement, please do get in touch with us at email@example.com, citing your order number where possible. If you encounter any other issue with or reaction to our product, please provide details, and we will respond to you.
